You got questions, we’ve got answers
Dear MBT:
Regarding the September issue of the magazine: Awesome. I like the bike build up article as well as, well it's all good. I think the mag just gets better and better. See ya, I think I'm gonna ride now.
Skylinerider from MBT Forums
Thanks for the words of encouragement, Skylinerider. The response to Rob Manning’s bike build report has been tremendous. While the temperatures begin to dip, the motivation to head out to the work shop seems to rise in direct relation. Stay tuned for more tech pieces and a continuation of Rob’s Giant NRS build saga.
Dear MBT:
After the Ventana X5 review and the Turner Flux report, it appears as though the boutique builder bug seems to have bitten you guys. So what do you have to say about Seven Cycles? Thank you for any time spent on this question.

Kevin:
While the MBT test rider set hasn’t logged any Seven Cycles saddle time in this year, the company’s attention to detail appears quite considerable. Their 2006 catalog has found its way to our offices and has managed to intrigue the staffers with promises of fully customizable works of engineering art. Most noticeable of course is their devotion to strut technology, which basically boils down to rear suspension designs in which the shock is permanently attached to the frame spars. While the MBT jury is yet hung on the Seven Cycles’ trail performance, we can strongly recommend ordering a copy of their stunning 2006 catalog. Oh and you may want to pick up a bib with that.
Dear MBT:
What about a recumbent mountain bike?
T. Egger
Better run out and apply for the patent on that one, T. But don’t expect too much interest from the down hill set.
